We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Hidden Heroes apparel. If you are not for any reason, we want to fix it. We have a 30-Day refund and return policy. To return your item, simply include a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. your confirmation email with order number) with your package along with any item from your order you wish to return. The product may be returned via the method of your choice (FedEx or USPS) at your expense. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation does not cover the cost of shipping for returns unless the item is damaged and you wish to exchange it for a new one. We recommend using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost items.
Once your return is received, we will confirm receipt of your returned item via email. Your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-10 business days.
